To our Valued Patients:

Past few years, the world has been faced with a pandemic unlike any other in our lifetime.  We are navigating through uncharted waters and just like you we are taking things day by day. 

Our hearts go out to those who have been or are impacted by COVID-19 including the essential healthcare workers and all those on the front lines providing day in and day out service in our community.

To make sure our patients and staff are protected against this virus we have taken steps to provide a safe and healthy environment we feel is essential to everyday life.  We have instituted several different measures in alliance with the CDC and the American Optometric Association.

Office Operating Hours

We will take patients by appointment only.  We ask that our patients follow the signs on our door since we are still limiting the amount of patients in our office at one time for the safety of our patients and staff, as well as the direction from our Governor.   We will contact our patients by phone and have longer phone conversations about their health, reason for visit and the ultimate goal of the appointment.   

​Please be patient with us during this time.   

​Our hours have resumed back to normal business hours with an adjustment on open hours.  Please see homepage or locations tab for more detailed information per office.

Office Cleaning Protocols

Bella Vision has implemented a more rigorous cleaning routine for our offices that include disinfecting after every patient, removing waiting room reading materials and other decor that may attract airborne particles. 

We have multiple hand washing stations, sanitizing areas, and will require masks for all patients when entering our offices.  

We will also be checking and assessing patient and staff temperatures using a non-contact thermometer upon arrival to our office.

Social Distancing

​We are limiting the number of patients and staff in our office at any given time.  Also we are offering no contact paperwork and alternative payment options to minimize contact to minimize risk.  Curbside pick up and delivery of contacts and glasses will also be offered and encouraged.

Employee Safety

Bella Vision will be providing masks, gloves, face shields (if necessary) and scrubs for our doctors and opticians to minimize contact to reduce the risk of COVID-19.  ​
